Hello all
I asked the Band for permission a few months back, and now I have had some time in the Christmas holidays I have created the Enterprise Blues Band Facebook page for all of us.
Please do come and join us?
And I mean to get this forum up to date and the pages refreshed too, as I am looking forward to a great 2010! _________________ Dance like no-one is watching |

Bev, that's a great idea. I have already joined and yes, fans can upload their own photos too.
If you need any help with the site, mate, let me know. I would be more than happy to assist. _________________ "In the middle of my backswing?!" |

Bev's EBB Facebook Blog - Day 47
Hello all!
As 47 is a popular mystical Star Trek number I thought it's an appropriate day for a catch up blog note, and I wanted to celebrate that we now have 251 Enterprise Blues Band Facebook fans!
San Francisco and the Star Trek Rat Pack was another great success in January, and Vaughn and all who attended had a great time. Thanks very much Candace for that photo of the guys... a little strange but very funny! If anyone else has anymore photos, please upload them here or contact me via bev@ebluesband.com if you prefer to send them for me to upload for you.
Vancouver
is next between on the 25-27 June weekend this year. See the Creation website here and check out the Rat Pack for yourself!
Meantime, I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Valentine's Day! Hope yours is filled with your loved one or that they are just around the corner.
Bev's EBB Facebook Blog - Day 8
It's day eight of the EBB on Facebook and we now have 211 members! That's fantastic!! Thanks very much to Casey, Ron, Vaughn, and Bill for your comments on the photos, and for confirming it is Kim Story and Michael Goodrow on stage at Leapback with the EBB. If everyone else hasnt sxeen them, I have posted a bunch of photos to the page for you all to enjoy and bring back some great memories.
Please do send me your photos of the Band with and without fans if you cannot upload them directly to the site. I have skipped the ones I have mostly with fans in them as I didn't want to put them up without permission. If you don't mind being on here though, do let me know.
Take care
Bev's EBB Facebook Blog - Day Four
I am soooo happy that this page is bringing EBB Fans back together. We now have 146 members of this group in just the first four days, and it is wonderful to see all the new friends!
I'm updating the EBB Website so please visit that, where you can see all the photos and videos, keep up to date with the Latest EBB News, and of course, join the EBB Forum!
Most importantly, on that site you can purchase both the EBB CDs, so if you don't already have them in your collection and Recently Played lists on your ipods and mp3 players, click Buy the Music
Oh yes, check out this cool image that is being used to promote the Star Trek Rat Pack gigs by Creation that Vaughn and Casey will star in later this month and year! Details of the San Francisco gig on 23 Jan here
I have heard that there may be issues for Fans uploading photos to this Facebook page, so please do let me know if you have any problems and I will check them out asap? I want this to be a fan-involved page so please do upload your favourite photos. Thanks!
Thanks again to everyone who has joined us here already, and please keep suggesting the page to your friends!

I've decided to get to know the 332 people who have become Fans of the EBB on Facebook a little better.
To that end, I am going to ask questions every week that people can respond to if they wish.
If anyone has any suggestions for what to ask, let me know, and I'll post them from the EBB Admin.
We now have Family there from nineteen different countries...
United States, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Israel, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, and Sweden.
How cool is that? _________________ Dance like no-one is watching |

Even though I'm not on facebook, here's a question for you:
Vanilla or chocolate?
I'm for chocolate! _________________ The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. |

Sure, I can include that one. I could put it as a set of quickfire questions. Dogs or cats, runny or hard, vanilla or chocolate etc. Thanks! _________________ Dance like no-one is watching |

Just remembered I forget not everyone is on Facebook, sorry. So these are the questions (and responses) posted so far.
11 July PLACES
I've noticed how internationally diverse EBB Fans are from World Cup postings recently so...Questions of the week: Where are you living now? And tell us what places you have lived right back to where you were born. Memories, eh?
Bev from now back to birth. Not too exciting. Now: Peterborough, UK. Wallsend, UK. Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Peterborough, UK. Born: Cambridge, UK
Ulrike Hildebrandt I was born at the outskirts of Berlin (former GDR), moved to Bad Gastein in Austria for my apprenticeship, then to Wilhelmshaven at the North Sea for my studies and now I'm in Munich.
Christoph Bartschat Thats a quite short story: born in Erlangen (near to Nuremberg), live in Erlangen. Sometimes it's a good places, and sometimes not. I want to live in Hamburg or especially in London
Cameron Lane Well, I was born in Washington, DC and am now living there again - but between then and now, I've lived in Greece, California, the British Virgin Islands, and Massachusetts - a round-about way of getting back to where I started.
Amanda-lynn Theadora George i was born in canada and i have lived in timmins ontario calgary alberta and high river alberta and i now currently live in the netherlns where they are the world cup finals today so maybe they are winners to night who knows
Diane Taylor Currently: North Hollywood, California (11 years)
Thousand Oaks, California (3 months) Santa Maria, California (3 months) St. Louis, Missouri(26 years) Born: Rockledge, Florida..I think I was only about 6mos old when my family moved to St. Louis
Hugh Robertson Hogg Born in Aberdeen, Scotland, travelled ALL over, now settled down, with my Anneke, in Utrecht, The Netherlands!
Peter Rydén Currently: Ulricehamn, Sweden (2 years)
Previously (all in Sweden): Kalmar (9 years), Emmaboda (2 years), Växjö (3 years), Göteborg (3½ years), Månsarp (17 years). Born in Huskvarna, Sweden (until 2 years old)
Yvonne Bohlig Born in Germany, now living in Canada.
Claire Bazinet Born in U.S. Father naturalized from Canada. Visited other countries via Cruise Trek. Sit-down John said I had to cheer for Spain. Managed to tuned in last game just in time to see winning goal! Yea, Spain!
Carolyn Peters air force brat: born in washington, dc; currently living charlotte, nc; have lived in orlando, fl; denver, co; salina, ks; mount holly, nj; valdosta, ga; gulfport, ms; clark air base, philippines (graduated from hs there); reston, va; falls church, va; alexandria, va. oh the places you'll go ...
Kevin Waterhouse Born in Windham NH. Lived in North Conway NH, Lancaster NH & Keene NH.Spent several years living in South Windsor CT and one year in New Jersey with Merrill Lynch. Did a three year tour of Germany(Baumholder, Kitzengin,& Bad Kissingen) while in the Army. Back in Windham NH.
17 July JOBS
Next Questions of the week, inspired by my own work with young people: What is your current job? What was your first job? What would be your ideal job? Is there any advice you would to young people starting out now to help them make careers choices and get where they want to be?
Danita Redd Career Counselor and College Professor. Blood Gas Tech. I have tons of stuff since it is my profession. If you want a link to my career site on FB then send me an FB-mail. I even have stuff on how Star Trek has aided some folks in career choice.
Bev Currently an Education Delivery Coordinator for the Local Public Council. First job was working at a fast food place I think on Saturdays, left after two days! Ideal job would be an artist, painting from home and traveling around the country with my dogs in a big van to get to galleries... Advice I would give - really think about what you want from life, don't just settle, as being happy and fulfilled by work is possible. Make your dreams in to a realistic plan as there are people out there who can help.
Daniela Siebler Current job is Cabin Crew Scheduler. First job was Pharmacy Assistant. Ideal job.. hmm, I'm an aviation geek! My ideal dream job would be being a 777 and 787 pilot or an aircraft dispatcher. My advice would be to get internships before you decide on a profession. Jobs look good at first sight, but might not suit you in reality. Also, I find it an advantage if make a choice for a profession or an employer that allows you to move jobs easily.
Hugh Robertson Hogg CNC Programmer, been that since I came out of The Regiment! Advice? Office work, in front of a computer, may be clean, but a career in Engineering is really interesting and fulfilling! Take a look across the board before you decide!
Debbie Allemon-Vandecar my advise to the young folk is get a good education finish school go to collage if you can. my first job was a cashier, my ideal job love to learn more about Electrical stuff. because we use them in amature radio.
Claire Bazinet After working for a year in a cash register repair store, I joined the Women's Army Corps. It got me away from home and taught me that I could be responsible for myself and led me to New York. I had a long career in book publishing (over 40 years) mostly as a book editor. I say, find something you really want to do and do that. Or, as some famous person once said, "Do what you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life." _________________ Dance like no-one is watching |
